| Grandad's Gravy offers 3 levels of
delivery service to most US destinations. Shipments sent
within the United States are sent via UPS. Sorry, no
deliveries to PO, FPO and APO addresses. We offer the
following UPS services below: UPS
Ground Service - This is the standard delivery
option. It is a dependable service that reaches every
address throughout the 48 contiguous states with delivery
time based on destination.
UPS 2nd Day Air - For items that
need to be delivered within two business days.
UPS Next Day Air Saver - When
you need a package sent overnight that doesn't require
morning delivery, we feature next-business day delivery
by 3:00 p.m.

The following chart should be used in
determining the shipping cost for your order. All orders
are shipped from our Nashville, Tennessee facility by
UPS. Please allow 4-6 days for standard ground delivery
of your order. However please note that if an order is
placed during last 3 days of the month, it may take 3
days longer than usual. For orders to Hawaii and Alaska
please add an additional $15 shipping and handling to the
below table. Thank you! UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day
Air charges are caluculated in real-time during checkout
based on your location.

Processing and Delivery Times: |
Standard ground shipping orders that
are received by 5:00pm CST Monday - Friday will be
shipped within two business days provided that all
items are in stock. With respect to expedited delivery
options (2nd Day and Next Day Air), orders that are
received by 5:00pm CST Monday - Friday will be shipped
the following business day provided that all items are in
stock. All orders that are received by 5:00pm CST
Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will be shipped the
following business day provided that all items are in
stock. Please understand that at times, delays may be
necessary due to weather, availability, or other
conditions. We will do our best to inform you of any
delay in shipping your order.
Standard ground shipments will take 1-6 business days to
arrive depending on which state you ship to. 2nd Day
and Next Day deliveries will arrive within 2 business
days or the next business day. Please allow extra time
when shipping to remote rural areas. Orders shipping to
APO/FPO addresses can take 10+ days for delivery. When
your order ships you will receive a Shipping Confirmation
email via UPS with a tracking number and direct link you
can use to track your order. |

business days it takes to transport a package using UPS
Ground Service. This will help you make the right
shipping choice to suit your individual needs. Delivery
times may vary significantly from indicated times for
packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico,
and other US Territories.
Please note - while we will make every effort to get your
packages to you by your desired date, Grandad's Gravy
cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. |

email you an order confirmation. Included in this
confirmation will be an Order Status link when the order
is placed and a UPS Tracking Number will be emailed again
when the order is shipped. Simply place this tracking
